The public courses include Denver City Park with 18 holes, Foothills with three courses of 18, 9, and 9 holes, and Green Valley Ranch. Harvard Gulch has 9 holes and has tree lined fairways. Mountain View has 9 demanding holes, doglegged fairways, and numerous water hazards. Overland is the oldest golf course west of the Mississippi River, and has been redesigned three times since 1895.
